A K-4 visa may be obtained by a K-3 visa holder’s minor children. A K-4 visa holder may enter the U.S. either together with the K3 visa holder or may choose to enter at a later time.

What are the requirements for obtaining an K4 Visa?

An individual may obtain a K4 visa, if that individual is under 21 years of age and is the unmarried “child” of a foreign national eligible to be in K3 status.
